The “CCD 30 Current Favourites – – a communal playlist on Spotify!
- 30 of our favourite praise and worship songs right now πΆππ»ππ»
- a playlist that ANYONE CAN ADD TO – you included! π
- a playlist that ANYONE CAN DELETE FROM – you included… π¬
- only 30 songs because we want to listen to and become familiar with the songs (more than 30 starts to get pretty lengthy!)
Purpose
- a way of discovering great new songs collectively and seeing what others are listening to π
- a way of seeing which songs are sticking with us as a community
4 Guidelines 4 Contributing
- 1 song addition to the playlist each week, but you must delete 1 song first π― (the deletion doesn’t need to be a song you added, but should be a song you have listened to and struggle to connect with or is a song you already know very well) π€
- 2 weeks of catch-up track changes max (i.e. 2 additions and 2 deletions per fortnight)
- up to 3 tracks can be re-positioned each week in the playlist π
- 4 your first week only, you are permitted 2 additions and 2 deletions! π
Accessing the Playlist*
- Open the CCD 30 playlist by clicking here (or on picture). Once open…
- Click βFOLLOWβ to add the CCD 30 playlist to your personal playlist library. (Click β€οΈ on a computer)
Contributing to the Playlist*
Instructions for removing & adding a song via the Spotify phone/tablet app
- First complete steps 1 & 2 above. Then…
- REMOVING: Find the song in the playlist you want to remove
- REMOVING: Press Options Button for the song (3 dots)
- REMOVING: Press – Remove from this Playlist
- ADDING: Press ‘ADD SONGS’
- ADDING: Type the name of your song
- ADDING: Press the + button for your song
*You will need to have a Spotify account to follow and contribute to the playlist. You can sign up for Spotify accounts for free, but will occasionally hear adverts when listening to songs.
Making it Social
A Facebook Messenger Group has been created for the playlist. Those who express interest in the playlist by commenting below and/or contributing to the playlist will be added to the Messenger group. (Please feel free to decline/remove yourself if this is not of interest.)
