Thanks for coming to see what we’re up to at City Church Dundee!
We’re in a season of uncertainty at the moment. Coronavirus has interrupted so much of our daily rhythms, and we don’t know how long we’re going to be in this changed season for.
However, in a season of change and uncertainty, we see hope rather than fear.
This is an opportunity to show radical love, speak life, and meet people in the midst of asking difficult questions. This is a time for 2 Timothy 1:7 community leadership from all of us: “for God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and of love and self-control.”
On this site, we are aiming to resource our members and others with information, encouragement, updates, opportunities to connect, and resources for a time of different rhythms.
Each blog post will have comments available, so we can share and encourage one another publicly. We’ll also add the ability to send in prayer requests and testimonies.
Have a look at our About Page to see a little bit more!
There have been some amazing reports of Christians in America praying and singing over there hospitals. So, so exciting – God in the spotlight!
We cannot physically stand on City but in our minds we can “stand” on The Law and sing songs like over Dundee. It maybe seem a little foolish and we can doubt its worth BUT the people in Jericho thought a load of people singing wasn’t going to do anything! Praise to our God always, always has a massive affect on any situation.
So let’s join our worship with these amazing doctors and nurses.
Have a great day – be confident God’s still in charge, be strong and resolved to keep your eyes on Him.
Geof
